The Pensions Dashboards Programme Team

 

Jamey is Programme Director for the Pensions Dashboards Programme and is a Senior Civil Servant on secondment from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Jamey is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the Programme and reports into the Pensions Dashboards Principal, Chris Curry and the Chief Executive of Money and Pensions Service, Caroline Siarkiewicz.

Jamey brings a wealth of experience delivering high profile programmes both on behalf of Government and in the Private Sector. He was formerly the Chief Officer of Pension Wise having led the service from launch through to transition to the Money & Pension Service. He has also led the global contact centres network for UK Visas and Immigration and was Head of Action Fraud at the Home Office.

In 2018 Jamey led the tailored review of the Pensions Regulator and the user research that was integral to the DWP-led Pensions Dashboards feasibility study.

Jamey began his career on the phones in the national fault centre for Cable & Wireless and developed a career focused on delivering high quality secure customer centric services.

Jamey has a BA (Hons) in Leadership & Management from the Open University and is a Government Digital Service trained service manager.
