The Pensions Dashboards Programme team
Richard James joined as PDP’s Programme Director on 1 April. He came to the role with over 20 years’ public sector experience. Previously, he has delivered digital Personal Tax Accounts (including the Check my State Pension service) within HMRC, implemented changes required to support the UK’s exit from the European Union, and delivered the Trader Support Service within Northern Ireland.
Richard is passionate about using digital technologies to put citizens in control of their own information, and is very excited about the opportunity that pensions dashboards present to allow consumers to improve their retirement provision.
