The latest progress update report from the Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) provides a comprehensive overview of our headway on the road towards delivering pensions dashboards.
Here’s what was announced, and a look towards the second half of 2025.
In March 2025, the first 3 of our industry participants completed connection to the pensions dashboards ecosystem. More have successfully connected since, and several others have passed the integration testing phase.
The first pension providers have completed connection to the dashboards ecosystem, in line with the connection timetable issued by the Department for Work and Pensions.
In March, we also announced that standards for pension providers and schemes had been formally approved, making them part of the legal framework for pensions dashboards.
The development of the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard is progressing well. We have started to share a prototype of the product with industry and collect their valuable feedback.
We have published our consumer testing approach, outlining how we will test the dashboards service with real users looking at real data. This testing will begin from the summer, starting with small volumes and ramping up over time.
We have been working closely with partners on a pathway for development and implementation of private sector dashboards. We have held several workshops and industry roundtables and are consolidating feedback and insights to inform the next steps.
We also continue to engage with the pensions industry at internal and external forums and events.
As ever, we remain grateful to all parties involved for their collaborative efforts and look forward to continuing this momentum as we work towards making pensions dashboards a reality.
