Who are we and how to contact us

This website is owned and maintained by The Money and Pensions Service (“us”, “we” or “MaPS”), a body corporate established pursuant to Section 1, Part 1 of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018.

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
