Latest report outlines user satisfaction from pensions dashboard testing
- The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) has produced its latest progress update report on pensions dashboards
- The report includes findings from the mid-point of Phase 1 consumer testing of the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard
- Users express good levels of satisfaction with the pensions dashboards service
- Three-quarters of pension records are now connected to the dashboards ecosystem
The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) has reported on the positive progress of testing with its pensions dashboard as part of its latest update.
The pensions dashboards progress update report provides details on the results so far from consumer testing with the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard. The first phase of testing, involving low volumes, has seen good feedback on the dashboard’s design and satisfaction with meeting user expectation. MaPS has also outlined how areas for refining the dashboard have been uncovered, and how it intends to continue testing going forwards.
The progress update report sets out the work of the Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) in connecting pension providers and schemes to the dashboards ecosystem. Over 60 million workplace and private pension records, more than 75% of the total, are now connected. This is in addition to millions of State Pension records.
MaPS has emphasised the government’s continued commitment to pensions dashboards provided by the private sector. The report sets out the work taking place so far with industry to deliver private sector dashboards, while looking ahead to some of the next steps.
Oliver Morley, CEO of MaPS, said:
“Since the last pensions dashboards progress update report, there has been so much work towards ensuring people will be able to view all their pensions together online and in one place. Consumer testing of the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard is well underway, with positive feedback from users. We have gone from announcing the first organisation completing connection, to being able to say that three-quarters of records are connected.
“We have reached this point thanks to so many individuals and teams from government, regulators and industry, putting us in a great position heading into 2026.”
The full progress update report is available on PDP’s website.
