The Government has restated its commitment to delivering pensions dashboards in a written statement.
Testers wanted for MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard
- The Money and Pensions Service is recruiting testers for phase 2 of consumer testing of the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard, which started on 2 March 2026
- Industry help is being sought in contacting customers and members to encourage them to sign up for an early chance to use a dashboard
- Anyone aged 18+ with a pension not yet in payment can take part
The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) has put out a call for industry help to sign people up for the next phase of consumer testing of its MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard.
Phase 2 testing, which got underway on 2 March 2026, involves increasing numbers of users across a range of demographic groups and pension types. By giving users an early chance to view their pensions on the MoneyHelper dashboard, consumer testing will support MaPS in further refining and improving the service before it becomes publicly available.
Anyone aged 18 or over who has not started withdrawing all their pensions can take part. MaPS is particularly seeking assistance from the pensions industry to involve individuals with access needs or confidence barriers around literacy, numeracy, digital skills and technology.
The pensions industry is being asked to get in touch with customers and members to highlight the opportunity to test the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard. MaPS would also encourage employers and charities to get involved.
Organisations happy to support MaPS in recruiting potential consumer testers should register to receive the toolkit.

Oliver Morley, CEO of MaPS said:
“Phase 1 of consumer testing of the MoneyHelper Pensions Dashboard, which we started last year, produced positive feedback on the dashboard’s design and user experience. We plan to share our findings soon. Now we’re in phase 2, we’re looking to gradually increase the number of testers.
“This is a great opportunity to get to use a pensions dashboard before they become available to the wider public. Dashboards are going to be a transformative tool, and we’re really keen to sign people up for consumer testing. Industry’s help in making this happen would demonstrate our continued collaborative approach to making dashboards happen.”
